Guidelines for Presenters

Talk guidelines

All rooms will be equipped with an LCD projector system along with VGA and HDMI cables. Speakers should anticipate leaving 3-5 minutes of their talk time for questions. The time allotted for questions is part of the overall time. Thus, for example, a talk in a 20-minute time slot should last from 15-17 minutes to leave time for questions.

Poster guidelines

There are several poster sessions at the 2018 MWRM. Poster numbers will be posted as soon as possible (typically soon after the prior poster session finishes). Poster boards will accommodate posters that a 4 feet wide by 3 feet tall. All poster presenters are asked to take down their posters as near to the finish time of their poster session as possible, in order to have time to transition to the next set of posters.
